New 1:1 Clients are able to book any of our services via this portal, however, 1:1 In-Studio Appointments will be submitted as 'requests'. Meaning, while you can still view our availability, select your desired session type, date, and time, and book as normal, your booking will be reviewed before it is confirmed. Ensure you have completed our Client Form before booking, or your booking will be rejected. This portal will not allow you to book with less than 24-hours notice. Returning 1:1 Clients have immediate access to all our services and may book as normal. This portal will not allow you to book with less than 6-hours notice. For same-day/last-minute appointment enquiries, please contact the Studio on 0447488225.
All Clients will receive a confirmation email and text message containing their appointment details immediately after booking, and a reminder email and text message 48-hours before their appointment. There is a 30-minute buffer between all appointments. You may book back-to-back appointments for yourself and a friend/partner/family member by contacting the Studio on 0447488225.
Cancellations/Rescheduling - Appointments may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24-hours before via the links in your confirmation and reminder emails, or by contacting the Studio directly. The full service fee will be charged if less than 24-hours is provided when cancelling/rescheduling. This is non-negotiable, and by booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
